Immediate Starts & September 2026 Opportunities
Paragon Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Staff to work within welcoming nurseries and early years settings across Redditch.
We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including flexible day-to-day work, long-term placements, and permanent positions.
We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children’s early development in safe, engaging, and nurturing environments.
Roles Available
We are currently recruiting for:
Nursery Practitioners
Nursery Assistants
Early Years Educators
Room Leaders
Level 2 & Level 3 Qualified Nursery Staff
The Role
You will:
Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Encourage children’s social, emotional, and communication development
Support daily routines including meals, activities, and personal care
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Follow safeguarding and early years policies and procedures
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
Paediatric First Aid qualification
Experience supporting children with additional needs
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
Experience planning engaging activities for young children
