Summary
ARCHITECTURAL CAD ASSISTANT/TECHNICIAN/TECHNOLOGIST
We are a Specialist Healthcare Design and Build Company with an in-house design and project management department.
We are looking for an experienced qualified Architectural CAD Assistant/Technician/Technologist to join the design team, to assist in the production of drawings and information for planning, building regulations and construction.
Sound construction knowledge is essential, and you should be capable of working under minimum supervision and subject to experience, taking a project from design stage to completion, including site supervision.
Previous healthcare experience is not essential.
We have a full workload and the position will be of long tenure.
The offices are located in Kettering in a pleasant rural setting, however the projects are countrywide and travelling will be a necessity at times. Hybrid working possible, subject to agreement
