Carer/Personal Assistants required, Bakersfield Nottingham NOTHA1905 – x 12 hours shifts

I am a bubbly 19 year old first year university student currently studying Biology at Nottingham Trent University. I have a neuromuscular condition so need to use an electric wheelchair.

I’m looking to recruit a bubbly female Personal Assistant to support and motivate me with attending university, socialising in town and household chores such as cleaning room, washing and ironing etc. I also need support with personal care and being transferred using ceiling track hoist.

If you’ve got an outgoing personality with a patient and calming manner and willing to learn, have a Person Centred Approach to supporting people and promoting their independence, I would love to receive your CV.

Care experience is not essential as full training will be given, as you will be required to use suction machine, cough assist machine, nippy ventilator, humidifier and nebuliser machine.

Permanent Contracted Hours – 12 hour shifts available Monday - Sunday

8am – 8 pm - Driving licence essential as will need to drive wheelchair accessible vehicle but own vehicle is not required.

8pm – 8 am – waking night

As personal care is involved female applicants only who must be 18+ and unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorships.
