The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy and well-equipped 24-hour veterinary hospital
This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to a broad caseload, including emergency and critical care, surgical nursing, inpatient management and nurse-led consultations. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative team where every nurse is encouraged to contribute ideas and develop their clinical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring anaesthesia and assisting in theatre
- Providing high-quality inpatient and emergency care
- Running nurse clinics and consultations
- Managing admissions and discharges
- Dispensing and checking medications
- Performing Schedule 3 procedures where appropriate
- Supporting gold-standard patient and client care
This position would suit a motivated RVN who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is keen to continue developing professionally.
Hours & Work Pattern
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Fair share of weekends
- Flexible and reduced hours considered for the right candidate
