This is your chance to build a long-term career and gain a recognised qualification, whilst learning alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to providing the highest standard of service to our customers.

At Kingdom Group, we’re constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of our communities. We rely on our Tenancy Support Services Team to help customers stay in their homes when life gets difficult – from money worries to wellbeing concerns.

The Role

As a Tenancy Support Services Trainee, you’ll:

Work as part of the Tenancy Support Services Team to help customers sustain their tenancies, improve their wellbeing and reduce homelessness.

Learn alongside our Tenancy Support Officers, gaining hands-on experience in supporting customers with money worries, managing their home, energy bills and wellbeing concerns.

Develop core advice, communication and digital skills while working towards a recognised qualification in housing or a related subject.

You’ll help respond to customer queries, support people who are vulnerable or in crisis, and contribute to projects that make a real difference to our customers’ lives – building real-world skills with every interaction.

What Could This Role Lead To?

Although completion of the traineeship does not guarantee a permanent position, there may be opportunities for successful candidates to progress into roles such as:
