H&C Solutions are delighted to present this fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join a beautiful, high‑end Italian restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair. The restaurant is renowned for its award‑winning Italian cuisine, serving both lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. The kitchen operates with a small, close‑knit brigade of five chefs, so we are seeking a strong and reliable Chef de Partie who thrives in a busy, quality‑driven environment. Service covers approximately 50–60 guests for lunch and up to 150 for dinner, offering an exciting pace and the chance to work with exceptional produce. This role is perfect for a chef who is passionate about authentic Italian cooking, enjoys working within a tight team, and is ready to contribute to a highly respected Mayfair kitchen.
Chef de Partie Benefits:
• Offering a competitive salary based on £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Sunday’s off + 1 day in the week
