Summary
What are we looking for in a candidate: Experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations. Excellent people leadership capabilities to develop a high performing team, foster a supportive culture which is in line with Hospice values and behaviours. Motivate, coach and support team members through change, understanding individual skills, learning and operating styles with a clear focus on staff development and operational delivery. Excellent communication skills including the ability to manage and coach a small team, guide them through change and deal effectively with performance conversations. Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and end user devices. Experience delivering IT services in a complex environment with clinical or safety critical requirements. Experience of managing third party suppliers to deliver services. Experience supporting electronic patient record (EPR) or clinical systems is advantageous but not essential. Relevant technical certifications OR evidence of working toward them (e.g., Microsoft, networking, cybersecurity). ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, or equivalent vendor certification are also desirable.
