The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business & Operations Leader to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to support the management team, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the continued growth of our franchise network.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting franchisees, and contributing to business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Founder/Chairlady & PA to support business strategy and growth
• Oversee and improve daily operations across the business and franchise network
• Support sales activity, including client engagement and identifying new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and clients
• Handle contract documentation with attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate confidently with clients and franchisees via phone and email
• Lead by example, promoting high standards, accountability, and professionalism
• Provide hands-on support where needed to ensure service delivery
