Welder / Fabricator – Immediate Start
Location: Droitwich
Pay: £17.00 per hour + Overtime (1.3x & 1.5x rates)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent

ï¸ What You’ll Be Doing- MIG welding on mild steel
- Welding materials up to 30mm thickness
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Measuring, cutting, drilling, and fabrication work
- Operating saws, table drills, and workshop machinery
- Plate and structural welding
✅ What We’re Looking For- Minimum 3 years’ proven welding & fabrication experience
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings
- Confident setting up your own welding equipment
- Experience with saws, drills, and folding machines
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-focused
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
