Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspiring leader to guide the academy into its next phase of development. As Academy Headteacher, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the school, including direct line management of teaching and support staff. You will also act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing all safeguarding arrangements and ensuring the highest standards of care and protection for pupils.
