A well-established, friendly GP practice based in Finchley is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse to join its close-knit clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working within a supportive, patient-focused environment and values continuity of care within a smaller community practice.
The successful candidate will initially work 3 days per week, with the potential for additional sessions and increased hours in the future as the practice continues to grow.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe Practice Nurse will be responsible for providing a broad range of nursing services, including:
- Chronic disease management
- Cervical cytology
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- NHS health checks
- Travel vaccinations
- Phlebotomy
- Supporting health promotion and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
Candidate RequirementsThe practice is looking for a caring and reliable nurse who:
- Is a registered nurse with valid NMC registration
- Has previous experience within primary care/general practice
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Is organised, proactive, and patient-centred
Additional qualifications in chronic disease management or cervical screening would be advantageous but are not essential.
