Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role will involve a combination of warehouse duties and driving/delivering goods to customers. The ideal candidate will be aged 25 or over, organised, dependable, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a company van to deliver goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely.
• Carry out warehouse duties including picking, stock organisation, and general warehouse maintenance.
• Assist with inventory management and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organised.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding deliveries and schedules.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy.
• Follow all company procedures, health & safety regulations, and traffic laws at all times.
• Support the team with additional warehouse and delivery tasks when required.
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse or delivery driving experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving vans or commercial vehicles is advantageous.
• Ability to carry out heavy lifting and physical work.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation systems is beneficial.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£13.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
30 hours per week
Benefits:

Schedule:
• Day shift

• No weekends
