Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Packing Line Supervisor to join our clients busy packing operation.
This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing automated packing lines and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Equipment & Processes Include:
• Multi Head Weigher
• Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS)
• Automated Carton Erector, Filler and Closer
• Palletiser Systems
Responsibilities:
• Supervising and supporting packing line staff
• Ensuring efficient production flow and minimal downtime
• Monitoring product quality and packing standards
• Assisting with machine set-up and troubleshooting
• Maintaining health & safety and hygiene standards
• Completing production records and shift reporting
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a food production or packing environment
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of automated packing machinery advantageous
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours:
Monday to Friday
0700 – 1530/1600 hrs
