We are seeking an Operational Delivery Administrator to support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive operational delivery across the GPA account, ensuring effective coordination and completion of tasks across multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator who can support managers and operational teams with communication, documentation, compliance checks and data management, contributing to the smooth delivery of operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support PPM and Reactive operational delivery across the GPA account.

Coordinate communication between key stakeholders including WPSM, GPA HD, KAN, ISS HD and subcontractors to ensure task completion.

Provide administrative support to managers, including liaising with helpdesks, issuing work order updates, contacting suppliers, collecting data and chasing evidence documentation.

Build effective working relationships with Team Leaders, RTMs, KAN, GPA HD, site-based contacts and suppliers to support delivery of workloads.

Ensure Planned and Reactive Maintenance Inspections are scheduled with KAN, suppliers and site-based contacts.

Support RTMs and engineers by checking completion dates and task records are accurately captured.

Assist with internal audit, compliance sampling, system data checks and evidence compliance monitoring.

Support management of GPA inboxes and maintain master contact lists to mitigate operational risk.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Strong Excel capability.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work with multiple data sets and systems to maintain oversight of performance.

Experience using various systems and associated MIS.

Experience in quality, compliance and administrative support roles.

Ability to work effectively as part of a growing team in an ever-changing environment.
