Job Title: Part Time Cleaner/ Housekeeper
Location: Boundary Outlet - Head Office
Hours: 9 hours a week. Days and times can be flexible
Who We are Looking For:
Based at our busy HQ in Colne, an opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper/Cleaner to join the existing team.
We are looking for a person with:
Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift for the duration of the shift
Friendly, approachable and willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
Initiative, motivation and enthusiasm with a professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently to complete tasks on time and with minimum supervision
Reliability, good time keeping and attendance
Responsibilities will include:
General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing
Sanitation and disinfection of toilet areas, canteen, kitchens and appliances
Emptying of waste and recycling bins into appropriate collection containers
Surface Cleaning of all furniture, furnishings, chairs, tables, desks, shelves and windowsills
Internal window cleaning
Requisition and replenishment of washroom supplies and cleaning products/ equipment
Maintenance of cleaning equipment (Vacuum/floor cleaners, etc.), ensuring tools are stored correctly and equipment regularly emptied/cleaned
Maintain health and safety standards and prompt reporting of issues, incidents and hazards
