We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to care for our young clients in their family homes in Hailsham, Bexhill-on-Sea and Pevensey.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to work in children's packages of care in Hailsham, Bexhill-on-Sea and Pevensey.
You will be supporting children who have needs such as autism, epilepsy, ADHD and challenging behaviour in their family homes and taking them out in the community to do activities such as taking them to the park.
Shifts:
We have the following shifts available:
- Bexhill on Sea: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3.30pm-6.30pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm (non term time this changes to Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm)
- Hailsham: 5 hours on a Saturday
- Hailsham: Mon-Fri 3.30pm-6.30pm and Saturdays 9.30am-6pm, plus back up cover for mon-fri mornings (6.30am-8am)
- Pevensey: Weekdays 4pm-8pm (back up bank cover only)
In this role, you'll support individuals with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
