Summary

Student Engagement Advisor

ROLE DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and customer‑focused individual to join our dynamic Learner Experience team at West Lancashire College.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with the Learner Services Co‑ordinator to deliver an effective, responsive, and comprehensive Learner Services provision. You will play a key part in supporting prospective and current learners by contributing to a high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service, helping individuals of all ages explore and access the College's wide-ranging curriculum offer.

Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will build strong relationships with internal departments and external agencies to support recruitment and enhance the learner journey, ensuring every interaction reflects a positive and professional experience. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to grow engagement and participation across the College.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education, student support, and delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant college environment.
