Summary
Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for a Production Operatives on behalf of our prestigious client. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced production and manufacturing candidates seeking ongoing work with immediate starts available.
The successful candidate will be joining a busy production environment, carrying out small assembly tasks and ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Pay Rate & Hours
• £12.71
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time hours
• Ongoing assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Carrying out small assembly work with precision and accuracy
• Assembling components in line with production specifications
• Conducting visual quality inspections on finished products
• Following detailed work instructions and production processes
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors
Requirements
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential
• Experience in a similar assembly/production-based role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Comfortable working in a repetitive position while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
