Summary
The post holder will have successfully fully completed the 2-year Trainee Nursing Associate training programme, which includes the attainment of a level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualifications and NMC registration. The role of the Nursing Associate is to work within the primary care nursing team and other members of the multi professional team, providing and monitoring care and contributing to the ongoing assessment, as agreed with the supervising clinician(s) and in line with the service pathways. They will monitor the condition and health needs of people within their care on a continual basis in partnership with the multi professional team.
