Crynodeb
We are a busy and growing food manufacturing business looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Driver/Packer to join our team. The hours will be 06:00-14:30. The role will involve working between sites close by, picking/packing and delivering between the sites.
Key Requirements:
Driving license
Strong spoken and written English – must be able to understand and follow instructions
Manual handling experience – this is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
Packing and preparing products for delivery
Delivering between two local sites
Handling goods with care and ensuring accurate deliveries
Assisting with machine setup and product preparation within the production unit
Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety guidelines
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
Skills & Attributes:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to take initiative and work proactively
Flexible and adaptable to meet production and delivery needs
