To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

- Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, preferably in an educational setting
- A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the ability to effectively implement and monitor individualised learning plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the personal and academic growth of students with SEND
- The ability to adapt your teaching and support strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
