- Monitor and track student progress, collaborating with teachers to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions
- Facilitate small-group activities and one-on-one sessions to reinforce learning and address specific skill gaps
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and shared with the appropriate stakeholders
- Contribute to the overall development and implementation of the school's educational strategies and initiatives
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Relevant educational qualification, such as a degree or diploma in education, special education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Proven ability to effectively support and engage students, particularly those with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
