Full Time - Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00
Pay rate - £12.71
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Hayes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling stock, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and running efficiently. Previous warehouse experience is essential for this role.
Role duties:
* Pick and pack programme stock orders
* Replenish pick locations and storage areas
* Report on any errors or shortages
* Stock take when required
* Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and to set deadlines
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment
* Cover for goods inwards
* Work with other departments as required
* Operate machinery and equipment as required
* Assist with the achievement of Warehouse Department targets
* Minimise Warehouse Department costs and wastage
* Adhere to all company and client recycling policies
Requirements:
*6 months previous warehouse experience
*Heavy lifting 20-30KG
*Experience of working with KPIs
