These pivotal Band 7 roles will lead the coordination, implementation and monitoring of key maternity programmes including the NHS England Maternity Incentive Scheme, and Saving Babies Lives schemes, both of which support the delivery of safe, high-quality, and equitable maternity care. You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational leads to ensure all maternity programmes are achieved and evidenced, driving continuous improvement across maternity services. Why you should join our Team These roles will part of the Women’s Services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and the role will be offered · Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth · A supportive and inclusive working environment · Participation in high-impact programmes that directly improves patient safety What you will bring to the role We are looking for someone with: Experience of programme or project management within healthcare Knowledge of NHS safety initiatives and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills The ability to influence, engage, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams A commitment to improving outcomes and experiences for women, babies, and families A clinical background (e.g. midwifery, nursing, or AHP) is desirable but not essential.
