Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and hands-on Storage Co-ordinator to join our small team. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while delivering a brilliant experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
You will play a key part in supporting our sites, managing admin, and making sure our customers feel looked after from start to finish. If you enjoy variety, being part of a close-knit team, and getting stuck in, this could be a great fit.
Duties
• Support customers from sign-up to move-out, keeping the process simple and stress-free.
• Maintain the customer database, ensuring all records and interactions are accurate.
• Carry out regular site checks to keep standards high across all locations.
• Deliver great service across all channels, in person, phone, and email.
• Promote our services and help customers find the right storage solution.
• Work as part of the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Experience
• Previous experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle different tasks.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do approach to work.
• Comfortable using IT systems and keeping records up to date.
• Flexible and hands-on, happy to get involved wherever needed.
• A full UK driving licence and a forklift truck experience an advantage.
