HGV Class 1 Container Driver – Walsall
Location: Walsall (WS1)
Pay: £17.00 – £19.00 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing work
Start Times: Early mornings (05:00–07:00)
Drivers Today are looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for container work based in the Walsall area. This is ongoing day work with consistent hours and straightforward runs.
What you’ll be doing
Container deliveries and collections
Work between ports, rail terminals and customer sites
Operating skeletal trailers
Completing relevant paperwork
No handball involved
What we’re looking for
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Container experience preferred (training can be provided)
Maximum 6 points, no serious endorsements
Reliable and professional attitude
What you’ll get
£17–£19 per hour
Weekly pay
PAYE or LTD options available
Ongoing, stable work
