The role we are recruiting to
Lead Child Protection Practitioners (LCPP)
As an LCPP, you’ll bring clarity, structure and professional leadership to some of the most important moments in a child’s safeguarding journey. You’ll chair Child Protection strategy meetings, Initial and Review conferences, coordinate multi‑agency planning and ensure that every assessment, plan and decision is grounded in strong analysis and a clear understanding of risk. This role is ideal for someone skilled at bringing people together, managing challenge confidently, and keeping children’s needs firmly at the centre. It’s a high‑impact role where your expertise shapes safer outcomes for children every day.
