• Lead operational shifts with confidence and positivity

• Stock management, ordering and minimising waste
• Support training of team members using step by step development
• Handle customer feedback with a solution focused attitude
• Maintain exceptional café cleanliness and presentation standards
• Open and close the premises responsibly, including key holding duties
• Uphold and protect company values, standards and culture
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly performance targets.
• Support recruitment activities as needed, including participating in candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the business.
• Work across multiple sites as required, providing operational support and maintaining consistent service standards.
