Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Deeside for a Production Operative to support their busy manufacturing facility.

Pay Rate: £13.00-£14.00 ph DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating production equipment and machinery with accuracy and care

  
  

• Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished product

  
  

• Soldering, wiring, and handling delicate electronic parts

  
  

• Maintaining accurate production records and completing dispatch paperwork

  
  

• Keeping work areas organised, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety standards

  
  

• Working as part of a skilled team to meet daily production targets

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing

    
    

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

    
    

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment

    
    

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

    
    

  • Accuracy when completing paperwork and system entries
