Secondary Teachers Required - All Subject Specialisms
Kidderminster | Immediate Starts & September 2026 Opportunities
Paragon Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers across all subject specialisms to work within supportive secondary schools across Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.

English

Modern Foreign Languages
Health & Social Care
Psychology
SEN & Alternative Provision
The Role
You will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Inspire and motivate students across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Assess and monitor student progress
Work collaboratively with departments and senior leadership teams
Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for education and student success
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Experience
GCSE and/or A-Level teaching experience
SEN or SEMH experience
Intervention and booster session experience
Ability to teach a second subject
Experience within alternative provision settings
