We're looking for a hands on Mechanical Engineer to join a busy, well-established engineering team working on essential mechanical equipment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, learning on the job, and building their experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
• Support breakdowns and fault finding to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with mechanical repairs, strip-downs, and rebuilds
• Work on systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, and braking systems
• Complete inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate
• Work closely with other engineers and departments on site
What We're Looking For
• Some hands-on mechanical experience (manufacturing, industrial, or similar)
• A practical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
• Basic fault-finding skills and an interest in improving equipment performance
• Team player with a proactive approach
