The Ophthalmology Directorate is looking to appoint a full-time Locum Consultant Ophthalmologist with a specialist interest in VR for 12 months at the earliest opportunity.

The successful candidate will join a team of 18 consultants providing specialist services in VR, Diabetes, Cornea, Medical & Surgical Retina, Ocular Motility, Oculoplastics and Uveitis.

Whilst the post will be primarily based at New Cross Hospital, the successful candidate will be required to carry out clinics and theatre sessions at Cannock Chase Hospital or Walsall Manor Hospital.
