We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of production and site activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who can lead teams effectively, drive business growth, and think outside the box to improve processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring smooth production operations to guarantee customer orders are completed and dispatched on time (extrusion and conversion)
• Overseeing and supporting the senior management team
• Managing and developing new business opportunities
• Monitoring and delivering against KPIs and operational targets
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
• Maintaining high standards across productivity, performance, and health & safety
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in a Site Manager or Operations Management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware with experience in business development
• Results-driven with the ability to manage KPIs effectively
• A problem solver who can think outside the box
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in Extrusion, Conversion, Print, Plastic
