Job role
Attendance and safeguarding
Treat attendance as safeguarding and work closely with the DSL and multi- agency partners
Implement the Inclusive Attendance model to create a whole school culture around attendance
Producing clear, actionable analysis to improve overall attendance and reduce persistent and server absenceandnbsp;
Family Support and Early Help
Lead on Early Help meetings
Be part of the safeguarding team and be able to offer support and mentoring to parents and staff when dealing with safeguarding concerns
Attend safeguarding reviewsandnbsp;
Inclusion and SEND
Monitor the progress of vulnerable groups, including disadvantaged, looked after and SEN and ensure that reasonable adjustments and informationandnbsp;
Policy and compliance
Maintain and contribute to professional records and reporting arrangements
Have an excellent knowledge of statutory compliance around safeguarding and attendanceandnbsp;
