Job Title: Welding Operative

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour + 22% Shift Allowance (DOE)

About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for experienced Welding Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company. The successful candidates will have previous MIG production welding experience and be confident welding a variety of materials including Mild Steel, DF and Pre-Galvanised steel.
Key Responsibilities•
Carrying out MIG production welding to a high standard.
•
Welding a range of materials, sizes and shapes.
•
Reading and working from engineering drawings where required.
•
Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
•
Working efficiently to achieve production targets.
•
Maintaining a safe and tidy work area.
•
Following all company health and safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
•
Previous MIG production welding experience.
•
Experience welding Mild Steel, DF and Pre-Galve materials.
•
Ability to work accurately and consistently.
•
Good attention to detail.
•
Reliable and flexible approach to work.
Hours
39 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday 6:00am - 1:00pm
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Details•
£12.90 per hour plus depending on experience.

22% shift allowance for rotating shifts.
