Crynodeb
I’m a 12-year-old boy who loves getting out and about.
My favourite things include walking on Dartmoor, visiting beaches, going to the aquarium, reading, socialising and having a laugh.
My mobility is limited, so I sometimes use a wheelchair.
I need reliable, friendly support to enjoy life to the full.

Support safe mobility using my wheelchair and close supervision when walking.
Monitor for seizures — I must not be left to sleep unsupervised during shifts

Hours and patterns will be discussed and can increase once good working relationships are established.
