Duties
- Supervise and coordinate team members in service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Oversee bar operations to maintain efficiency and quality
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in serving and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and assist in order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
