We are seeking dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming Alternative Provision in Ingatestone, Essex, supporting students who require a tailored and nurturing learning environment.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will

· Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
· Assist students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH)
· Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and personalised learning
· Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
· Encourage confidence, independence, and positive engagement

What Were Looking For

· Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential)
· A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· A genuine passion for supporting young people who need additional guidance
· Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a dynamic environment
