You will bring proven experience of delivering complex digital deployments, managing multiple stakeholders and driving transformational change across organisations. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with both clinical and non-clinical teams. You will have experience in developing and monitoring project plans, managing budgets and supplier relationships, and supporting the implementation of digital systems and service improvements. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and experience of working within large, complex organisations will be essential.
