- Provide 1-to-1 support and targeted interventions to individual students in Year 2
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support the class teacher in the implementation of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure the holistic development of each child
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on student progress
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
- Relevant teaching assistant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting, preferably in Key Stage 1
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of students
