Summary

To support the Professional Head of Imaging and Directorate Manager in the leadership, management, and delivery of a high quality, clinically effective and cost-efficient Imaging Service including: Supporting the leadership, management, and co-ordination of all Imaging Services To ensure all relevant professional standards in the Imaging services are met. To ensure delivery of the clinical governance and risk management agenda within the Imaging Directorate To take responsibility for the overall training and professional development of the clinical teams (non-medical) including Radiography, Sonography, Healthcare scientists, Clinical Technologists, Assistant Practitioners, Imaging Department Assistants. The development of the services in line with both local and national agendas.
