Due to continued growth and new contract awards, we are currently recruiting professional Security Officers for a site based in Northampton.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintaining site safety and security at all times
* Monitoring and controlling access/egress points
* Managing vehicle and transport movements within the compound
* Booking in visitors, contractors, and deliveries
* Conducting regular site patrols
* Monitoring CCTV systems
* Completing security logs and incident reports
* Carrying out searches in line with site procedures
* Managing site keys and access control
* Responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally
Requirements:
* Valid SIA Licence (Essential)
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous security experience preferred
