Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school.
- Parent Communication: Establish effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
- Safeguarding: Uphold and promote the school's safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting is required.
- Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year is desirable; however, some training will be provided.
