We are looking for individuals who have prior experience of working with students with SEND, to join our team of Learning Support Assistants. This role is student centred, providing outstanding support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis, adapting learning to their individual needs whilst promoting inclusion, respect, independence, and a safe working environment.
