Nursery Practitioner – Up to £29,000



Join a bright, home-from-home nursery environment where children are supported throughout the different stages of early development, creating a calm and well-organised setting for children. The day follows a steady structure, with a balance of routine, play, and learning, supported by consistent practice across the team. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining this environment and supporting children’s development.

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

  • Experience working within in a nursery setting

  • Strong understanding of early years development, particularly under 2s

  • Reliable and consistent approach to work

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team



What You’ll Do



  • Provide attentive, consistent care for babies throughout the day

  • Follow established routines for feeding, sleep, and development

  • Observe and record progress, contributing to next steps

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised baby room

  • Communicate clearly with parents on daily care and development

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency across the room
