We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Structural CAD / Revit Technician to support the production and coordination of technical drawings and models across a range of projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate design documentation and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Key responsibilities
Produce detailed CAD drawings and Revit models in line with project requirements
Assist in the preparation of planning, tender, and construction packages
Coordinate drawing information with architects, consultants, and contractors
Maintain and develop BIM standards and drawing protocols
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all technical documentation
Support project teams to meet deadlines and programme milestones
Qualifications and skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
Has 5+ years UK structural consultancy experience
Is highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for structural drawings
Has experience producing GA drawings, RC detailing and steelwork drawings
Can work independently and support junior staff
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Experience working within an architectural or design practice
Good knowledge of BIM processes and standards
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
