Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter
Location: Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: Up to £16.50 per hour (DOE)
A well-established company in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you have any electrical experience, knowledge, or qualifications, this is a great opportunity to build your skills with full training and long-term progression.
The Role- Assemble a variety of electrical components and units
- Complete wiring tasks including crimping and cable preparation
- Test units to ensure they meet relevant electrical standards
- Identify, diagnose, and report faults during the build process
- Work with low and medium-voltage components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment safely and confidently
- Previous electrical experience or relevant electrical qualifications
- Basic understanding of electrical diagrams and schematics
- Confident using a range of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to fault-finding
- Full training provided
- Up to £16.50ph DOE with overtime opportunities (paid at premium rates)
