We are looking for a enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at The Littleton Arma, Penkridge. The ideal candidate will have a background in bartending, and ideally kitchen operations, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate team members in service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Oversee bar operations to maintain efficiency and quality
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in serving and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and assist in order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in bartending and kitchen environments
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
