Summary
Service Technician – Plant Machinery
Job description
Our client is a family owned and managed business that provide sales, service and parts support for AGCO derived products. They are looking for a service technician to join their busy aftersales team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work out of their premises in Warsop, Nottinghamshire. You will be part of an aftersales team that is responsible for delivering premium support of to all of their customers. The aftersales teams challenge will be to deliver the best customer care and enable them to grow. The service technician role will be to maintain, diagnose and repair the full range of plant equipment they supply. Whilst this role will be based from Warsop, it will require mobile support to customers at their locations.
Requirements:
• Engineering experience in Agricultural, Plant, FLT or MHE machinery repair.
• A background in Construction Machinery or Access equipment.
• A strong understanding of Engines, Hydraulic and Electronic principles.
• Knowledge and experience using laptop based Diagnostic Equipment.
• A full clean UK Driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A can do attitude that wants to progress and grow with a business.
