IT WHEEL LTD is looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our product-based and IT services business.
The role will focus on developing new commercial opportunities across our IT services, including EPOS systems, online ordering solutions, loyalty solutions, marketing services, website development and app development. The role will also support business growth across our customised products, printing services, branded materials and made-to-order business materials.
Main duties will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, following up business leads and client enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, managing prospective and trial client relationships, supporting the conversion of trial clients into long-term customers, developing repeat and direct business, maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with the director to support business growth.
The successful candidate should have experience in business development, lead generation, account development, customer relationship management, sales follow-up and commercial communication.
Strong spoken and written English is required for communication with clients, suppliers and business contacts.
Bengali language skills would be an advantage due to the company’s work with local community clients and business contacts, but this is not essential.
Salary: up to £56,000 per year, depending on experience.
Hours: 38 hours per week.
Location: 18 Spelman Street, London, E1 5LQ.
